As a solicitor a lot of my work involves advising on company law issues and the drafting of documents such as articles of association and shareholder agreements. I can therefore advise on the appropriate documents to be produced for doing business in other countries.

I can see clients at my office at the above address during working hours, or out of hours by arrangement (additional fee may apply). I can see you at your home if this is more convenient, but I do need to take copies of documents I notarise as well as copies of your identity documents, which means I may have to take documents away to be copied.
Welcome to the Norfolk Notary web site. As a Notary Public I can help you navigate the minefield which is a foreign county's legal system.

I deal with notarisation, legalisation by apostille and can undertake or arrange translations. Please phone or email me with your notarial enquiry. I do not charge to look at your documents and give you my opinion on the notarial requirements and you can if you wish email me a document for my advice.

Notaries Public are the most qualified regulated legal professionals in England & Wales and are full insured for their work. I specialise in dealing with documents for use abroad and can advise on procedures and requirements in foreign jurisdictions and deal with foreign lawyers on your behalf.

Appointments are usually available at short notice. I am available 9 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday and out of hours by arrangement and can attend your home or business address if required (supplemental charge may apply). You must bring with you an orginal ID documents such as passport and a utility bill or driving licence to prove your address.

Where I am asked to swear an affidavit or take a Statutory Declaration you need to be aware that a solicitor can deal with this and charge a prescribed statutory fee of 5 plus 2 for each exhibit. I only carry out this type of work in my capacity as a notary public and charge a normal notarial fee for an oath or declaration. Any re-drafting or additional work may be subject to my normal hourly rate of 220. For documents for use outside England and Wales normal notary fees apply.
